Our policy

We at Delights take the privacy of our customers very seriously, and will only collect information in order to fulfil customer orders or seek your feedback regarding our services. We do not sell or share mailing lists or customer information with any other companies or individuals.

Information collected

To process an order, we require your name, billing address, shipping address, and payment information (including credit card numbers, e-mail address and telephone number).

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.

Sometimes, in case of unexpected stock shortage or shipping disruptions, we might have to share your name and shipping address with our distributor, Kudos Records, in order to ship your purchase from their warehouse near London, UK. We will notify you in advance if such a measure is required. In this case, your personal data is processed offline and isn’t stored in the Kudos customer system for future reference or registration without your consent.

Security

The shopping cart part of the site is secure, so that your order details are encrypted in your browser before they are sent to us. When you place an order through our site, we will retain your order information on file unless and until you ask us to delete it.
