Shipping and Returns Policy
All orders on our site are processed and shipped within a maximum of 10 days after being placed. Pre-orders start shipping approximately 2 weeks ahead of the announced release date (as posted on our socials or mentioned in the newsletter). We inform every customer personally in case of unexpected delays.
We ship our records in a safe cardboard package, using registered mail and include a tracking number in the dispatch notification email. However, due to our location and conditions beyond our control, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time to any destination. From our 10 years of experience, it’s extremely rare that parcels don’t reach our customers. It might take longer than expected, but they will get to you eventually.
In case the record is lost or damaged in transit, our top priority is replacing it with another copy for no additional cost. If the lost/damaged record is sold out in our shop, we might request our distributor, Kudos Records, to ship it to you from their stock in the UK. We prefer to consider a full refund only in cases when no other solution is available.
